Welcome to the Go Ahead - Take the Wheel Mentor Program

Student Questionnaire

The information in this questionnaire will be used to pair you with an appropriate mentor and be the base of your conversation. This information is kept confidential between us and your mentor. As an added benefit of enrolling in this program, you will receive notification of future articles released on this site via e-mail. At any time you may opt out of receiving these notifications on any of the e-mail alerts.

Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, click the submit button on the bottom of the page. You will then be sent an automated confirmation e-mail. If this does not make its way to your inbox in a couple of hours, check your bulk or spam folder. To prevent this from happening in the future, add the ContactUs@GoAheadTakeTheWheel.com e-mail address to your contact list and white list if possible. Your questionnaire will then be reviewed and once a good mentor has been selected, an e-mail will be sent to both you and your assigned mentor. Please be aware that this process may take several days.
